Service Description
1st October 2026-1st october 2027 One-Year Photography Mentorship Develop your vision. Build meaningful work. Create photographs that endure. Making a photograph takes a fraction of a second. Building meaningful work requires time, discipline, consistency, and a clear vision. The difference between creating single images and building a photographic identity is developing a body of work with depth and a personal voice. Many photographers spend years searching for strong images and recognition. Few dedicate the time necessary to understand how projects are built, stories are developed, and a personal photographic language is created. This mentorship is designed for photographers who want to move beyond individual images and create meaningful work. Over twelve months, we develop your ability to see, think, photograph, edit, and create. Every two weeks, we meet online for a private 90-minute one-to-one session dedicated entirely to your development. We review the photographs created since our previous meeting, analyse your progress, edit your work, select stronger images, discuss ideas, and refine the direction of your project. Together, we identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for growth. The goal is to understand why photographs work and contribute to a larger body of work. Between sessions, we stay connected through WhatsApp, where you can share photographs, ask questions, discuss ideas, and receive guidance while actively working on your photography. Each month includes a theme, assignment, or photographic challenge designed to develop a specific aspect of your vision. Exercises may focus on observation, storytelling, exploring places, editing, sequencing, and developing a personal project. Assignments are adapted to your level, interests, and goals. Throughout the mentorship, we focus on: Project development Editing and sequencing Portfolio refinement Visual storytelling Personal photographic language Participants will also have the opportunity to join two exclusive field sessions in Europe, where we photograph together, work on projects, and explore the creative decisions behind stronger street and documentary photography. By the end of the program, you will not simply have more photographs. You will have a refined portfolio, a developed project, a stronger understanding of your own vision. This mentorship is limited to a small number of participants. Photography is not about collecting images. It is about building a vision.
