Designed for photographers who want to move beyond single images and create cohesive visual stories, this experience combines street photography, storytelling techniques, and creative composition. Through guided photo walks, real-time feedback, and in-depth discussions, you will learn to see the city as a series of fragments that, together, tell powerful urban tales. Event Schedule 18 Hours | 2 Days 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟏: 8:30 AM – Meet-up for introductions, coffee, breakfast, and a discussion on narrative street photography and building visual sequences. 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM: Explore the streets of Tallinn with a focus on finding stories in everyday moments. Learn advanced composition techniques for storytelling. Study how light, shadow, colors, and textures can become part of a visual narrative. 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟐: Focus on street portraits, environmental storytelling, and abstract compositions. Capture minimalistic city fragments and learn how to build a consistent photo series. Evening session (optional) dedicated to night storytelling with creative techniques. Meal breaks will be planned according to the group’s preferences. 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙇𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩: Use both natural and artificial light to shape your stories. 𝘼𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙘 𝙀𝙭𝙥𝙡𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣: Experiment with abstract, geometric, and minimalist visual fragments. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐄𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 A DSLR, mirrorless, phone, or film camera (24 mm – 35 mm – 50 mm lenses recommended). Fully charged batteries and empty memory cards. Lightweight backpack or camera bag. Comfortable shoes for long hours of walking in Tallinn’s charming streets. 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐭-𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 After the workshop, participants will join an in-depth session focused on selecting and sequencing images to craft a strong visual narrative, ensuring every fragment contributes to the final story.
