𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐊𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐏𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐡𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬: 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐡𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐫 Experience Hong Kong through six intensive days dedicated to street and documentary photography. From the energy of Mong Kok and Kowloon to Central, Causeway Bay and Victoria Harbour, we will explore one of Asia’s most visually fascinating cities, searching for light, layers, human moments and meaningful stories. Limited to just 6 participants, this masterclass offers personal guidance throughout the experience. Together with a knowledgeable local guide, we will explore both iconic locations and hidden corners of Hong Kong. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐂𝐚𝐧 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝙂𝙪𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙙 𝙀𝙭𝙥𝙡𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣: Five full days photographing Hong Kong, learning how to read complex scenes, work with light, anticipate moments and create stronger compositions. 𝙑𝙞𝙨𝙪𝙖𝙡 𝙎𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜: Develop your ability to connect people with their environment and transform everyday situations into meaningful photographs. 𝙋𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙂𝙪𝙞𝙙𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚: Continuous feedback and mentorship while photographing, helping you develop your own visual language and approach. 𝘿𝙖𝙮 𝙎𝙞𝙭 – 𝙀𝙙𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 & 𝙍𝙚𝙛𝙡𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣: The final day will be dedicated entirely to editing and reflection. At Lake Astor or another selected location, we will review the work created during the previous five days, select our strongest photographs, discuss what worked and what didn’t, and reflect on the experience. Learning to recognise your strongest images is an essential part of becoming a better photographer. 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬 𝘿𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣: 6 days. Five shooting days + one editing day. 𝙎𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙙𝙪𝙡𝙚: Approximately 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with selected evening sessions. 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩: Local MTR, trams, ferries and taxis used during the masterclass are included. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐝 Expert mentorship, local guide, transportation during the masterclass, editing, image selection and sequencing guidance. A dedicated WhatsApp group will be created before the masterclass for communication and practical information.
