This experience is designed for photographers who wish to refine their visual language, deepen their understanding of composition and rhythm, and learn how to construct layered, meaningful images in dynamic environments. Throughout the workshop, we will focus on documentary layering — the art of building visual depth within a single frame, combining people, movement, and context to tell authentic stories. You’ll also explore street portraiture, working with natural light and spontaneous human interactions to create genuine and emotionally engaging portraits. We will analyze how to control timing, anticipate gestures, and use light as a storytelling tool. Discussions and feedback sessions will help you strengthen your photographic identity and develop a consistent visual approach. Recommended lenses for this workshop are 24mm, 35mm, and 50mm, which offer flexibility between environmental scenes, contextual portraits, and more intimate compositions. Bring a camera you are comfortable with, good walking shoes, and an open mind ready for discovery. By the end of the Masterclass, you will have enhanced your ability to see and capture reality with precision and sensitivity — creating images that not only document, but also communicate atmosphere, depth, and emotion.
